GM / GMC / HUMMER / BUICK/ OLDSMOBILE - Sit in the drivers seat, hold down the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons at the same time for 8 seconds. The vehicle will respond with the door locks cycling, or the horn beeps.
Question:
I purchased an additional remote, and programmed it, now my original remote doesn't work.
Answer:
This is a real common problem, and easy to fix. When you add a remote to your vehicle, you need to program ALL remotes to your vehicle at the same time. If you attempt to program only one remote, your vehicle delete's any previous learned remotes for security reasons. If you program all your remotes at the same time everything will work fine.
